Update on Walk Cornwall 2
At the heart of the churches tent this year in the Royal Cornwall Show was a Walk Cornwall display, signposts and boots telling the story from the first Walk in 1993 to the return in September & October this year. This was a fitting focus for this year at the show since the Walk is bringing together churches of all denominations right across the county from Penwith to Torpoint and Bude. Elsewhere in this e-news you will see a call to prayer for Walk Cornwall 2, most particularly for more team members. In one sense many of the preparations have been made & we are close to the mission but this is not a time to ‘switch off’. There are still many details to finalise and I want, as ever, to emphasise the vital difference that prayer can make. As someone once said, ‘When we work, we work; when we pray, God works’ so prayer surely achieves more!
We have also sent an e-newsletter recently to the churches in the county; to read more click this link.
