What about the multiverse theory?

Begin with this video clip:           God or the multiverse

[There are also shorter extracts from this on the same website if you want to focus on particular parts of the argument]

Note:   there are two particular problems with the multiverse proposition

not scientific

Science deals with observable things. Other universes are by definition unobservable. This means that atheistic scientists are being dishonest with this proposal. They reject the Christian proposition that there is a God behind the universe on the grounds that this is metaphysics and then try to use a metaphysical argument themselves!

infinity   The multiverse theory relies on an infinite number of possible universes. Mathematician David Hilbert famously demonstrated the slipperiness of infinity with his ‘hotel with an infinite number of rooms’. If they are all full, can you accommodate any new guests? Actually the answer is: yes. You move the person in room 1 to room 3, room 2 to room 4 and so on. Thus you create an infinite number of (odd-numbered) empty rooms!
