The message of the media and popular culture is that science and faith are enemies. This is a myth, bolstered by a highly selective reading of the stories of Galileo and Darwin. See the video clip:

The historical relationship between science and faith

Does science pose a threat to faith? In my view, no. You will find links to video clips here by respected scientists who are Christians.

These pages explore cosmology – the origins and development of the universe. They will challenge those Christians who believe in a young Earth (less than 10000 years old) to examine the scientific evidence.
They will also challenge atheistic scientists to explain the ultimate source of the universe and to account for its remarkable fine-tuning.

I have included a section on approaches to the opening chapters of Genesis, which still has profound things to say to us.
