This area of science has been seen to be more threatening to Christian faith than cosmology. Does this undermine Genesis and humanity’s unique position as being ‘in the image of God’?

The resources here will explore this question, using the insights of Christians who are scientists; they are people who accept Darwin’s theory but reject neo-Darwinian developments of it.

The findings of the Human Genome Project, headed by Francis Collins, have been particularly insightful in terms of seeing evolutionary connections.

There is a page on Intelligent Design because some Christians find this an attractive option, which presents itself as a scientific theory. My view is that it is a God-of-the-gaps approach and fails accordingly.

Brain biochemistry is included because there are some scientists who claim that all neural activity can be explained at this level.
