The question I addressed in Chapter 4 of the booklet was: what if Jesus could make sense of life? The extra material here will look at this further in several ways.

We need to consider what Jesus taught and how he lived but, in particular, we need to focus on two key events – his death on the cross and his resurrection from the dead.

In the final analysis Christianity claims that the crucifixion and the resurrection are the events upon which history turns. They are unique, finding no parallel in any other faith. Their significance is such that they demand examination by anyone who is serious about making progress in their spiritual search.
